Alex was diagnosed with Ununited Anconeal Process at 5 months of age. He had the processes removed and had ulnar osteometry to correct the vertical elbow incongruency. The stainless steel pin broke in the left ulna, so no pin was put into the right ulna. His diagnosis for recovery is fair. Alex also has a carpal disorder and horizontal elbow incongruency which cannot be corrected by surgery. He seems to be doing well right now as a house dog.  This dog has excellent temperament and nerves of steel.  I am very saddened that he did not turn out to be our stud dog.
